Chocolate Cake is world-famous, the majority of the people will love chocolate cake. Here I brought for you a simple chocolate cake recipe.
Anyone of you can prepare softy chocolate cake easily at home. I explained the baking method in a pressure cooker as well as in convection microwave oven. . If you do not have just prepare in pressure cooker too.
Ingredients needed for Chocolate Cake
All-purpose-flour – Half cup + 6 Tablespoon
Powdered Sugar(caster Sugar) – One Cup
Cocoa Powder — 6 Tablespoon
Salt – Half teaspoon
Baking Soda – Half teaspoon
Coffee Powder (optional) – Half teaspoon
Milk – Half cup
Hot water – Half cup
Edible Oil – quarter cup
Egg – 1 no.
Vanilla Essence – one teaspoon
- Sieve all the powdered ingredients to remove any lumps
- In warm water mix coffee powder, make it ready to use
- In dry ingredients pour milk, add vanilla essence, oil, and egg.
- Mix all the ingredients with a hand blender or whisk.
- Bring this mixture to cake batter.
- Grease your bake dish and put butter paper inside the baking tray
- Pour cake batter into the greased baking tray, tap well to release any bubbles formed.
Baking in Pressure cooker method
A cup full of salt put it in the pressure cooker. A metal grid or any sort of plate keep inside the cooker on the salt. In low flame preheat the cooker for at least 15 minutes. Then the cake tray keeps in the pressure cooker very carefully and bakes it for 30 – 35 minutes in low flame. Softy Pressure Cooker chocolate cake ready to serve
Baking Cake in Convecton Micro wave Oven
Pre heat the Oven in 200 degree Celcius, and bake the cake in 180-degree Celcius for 40 – 50 minutes. Your soft chocolate cake ready to serve.
Here I did not done frosting. You can do any of your favorite frosting on this soft chocolate cake. I just applied Chocolate syrup on my cake.
