Chocolate Cake is world-famous, the majority of the people will love chocolate cake. Here I brought for you a simple chocolate cake recipe. 

Anyone of you can prepare softy chocolate cake easily at home. I explained the baking method in a pressure cooker as well as in convection microwave oven. . If you do not have just prepare in pressure cooker too. 

Ingredients needed for Chocolate Cake

All-purpose-flour                      –      Half cup + 6 Tablespoon
Powdered Sugar(caster Sugar)  –      One Cup
Cocoa Powder                           —     6 Tablespoon
Salt                                             –     Half teaspoon
Baking Soda                               –     Half teaspoon
Coffee Powder (optional)           –     Half teaspoon
Milk                                            –     Half cup
Hot water                                    –     Half cup
Edible Oil                                    –    quarter cup
Egg                                              –    1 no.
Vanilla Essence                           –    one teaspoon

  1. Sieve all the powdered ingredients to remove any lumps
  2. In warm water mix coffee powder, make it ready to use
  3. In dry ingredients pour milk, add vanilla essence, oil, and egg.
  4. Mix all the ingredients with a hand blender or whisk.
  5. Bring this mixture to cake batter.
  6. Grease your bake dish and put butter paper inside the baking tray
  7. Pour cake batter into the greased baking tray, tap well to release any bubbles formed.
Baking in Pressure cooker method
A cup full of salt put it in the pressure cooker. A metal grid or any sort of plate keep inside the cooker on the salt. In low flame preheat the cooker for at least 15 minutes. Then the cake tray keeps in the pressure cooker very carefully and bakes it for 30 – 35 minutes in low flame.  Softy Pressure Cooker chocolate cake ready to serve
Pre heat the Oven in 200 degree Celcius, and bake the cake in 180-degree Celcius for 40 – 50 minutes. Your soft chocolate cake ready to serve.

Here I did not done frosting. You can do any of your favorite frosting on this soft chocolate cake. I just applied Chocolate syrup on my cake.

  • 750 g broccoli florets 
  • 1 parcel Continental Soup 
  • French Onion 1 x 300 g 
  • tub light harsh cream 1/2 cup 
  • (125 ml) diminished fat milk 
  • 1/4 tablespoon paprika 
  • 2 tablespoons ground Parmesan 

Preheat broiler to 180 degree Celsius. Bubble, steam or microwave broccoli until delicate. 

Combine Soup Mix, acrid cream and milk. Spot broccoli in an enormous stove confirmation dish and pour over harsh cream blend. 
Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika and heat for 10-15 minutes until brilliant.

This is the ideal Pancake formula. They are light, feathery, and just require basic fixings that you most likely as of now have available in your kitchen.


1/2 cups All-Purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons powdered sugar.
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 cup milk or buttermilk
2 huge eggs
1/4 cup melted butter


In a huge blending bowl, sieve together flour,  powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add milk, eggs, and liquefied butter just until consolidated.

Preheat a  frying pan over medium-high warmth.
Scoop 1/4 cup of mixed batter onto the pan ( Tawa). Let the batter cook until bubbles structure before flipping.

Cook opposite side until brilliant dark colored. Serve hot with syrup.

1 bundle Continental Thai Coconut and Lemon Grass Rice 

¼ cup quinoa, washed completely 

1½ cups (375mL) heated water 

2 tablespoons lime juice 

2 tablespoons sweet stew sauce 

1 teaspoon hacked or pureed ginger 


1. Spot Rice, washed quinoa and bubbling water in a pan and bring to the bubble. Spread and stew tenderly for 10 minutes. Mix, swap top and represent 2 minutes. 

2. Mix through lime juice, sweet bean stew sauce and ginger. Permit to cool marginally before refrigerating until cold. 

3. Layer rice, avocado, capsicum, kale, nuts, pepitas and coriander leaves into a serving bowl. Tasty presented with grilled fish. 

1 avocado, cut 

1 red or yellow capsicum, diced 

2 cups finely destroyed kale or cabbage 

½ cup toasted cashews nuts 

¼ cup pepitas 

½ cup coriander leaves 


Fragrant Thai Vegetable Curry

1 x 400 g can light coconut milk 
1 Continental Stock Pot Vegetable 
2 teaspoon Thai green curry glue 
2 kaffir lime leaves
2 cups green beans, 
cut 2 cups broccoli florets 
1 tablespoon fish sauce 
1 teaspoon sugar juice of ½ lime 
200 g dried noodles, cooked according to pack bearings 


Bring coconut milk and 2 cups of water to the bubble. Include Stock Pot, curry glue and kaffir lime leaves, mix until joined. 

Include beans and broccoli and stew for a couple of moments until delicate. Season with fish sauce, sugar and lime juice. 

Separation noodles between 4 dishes and spoon over the vegetable curry. 


Clue: Serve decorated with coriander and bean sprouts and include some diced firm tofu with the vegetables.
